Graeme is the Executive Director of the Ricegrowers’ Association of Australia (RGA), taking up the role in September 2016. Graeme has a post graduate qualification in conservation management and has extensive General Management and Governance experience ranging across, operations management, marketing & sales management, project management and people management. His work history has spanned Natural Resource Management, Marketing Consulting, Property and the Development sectors. He is well versed with working in competitive commercial environments through to membership and volunteer based organisations in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. He has held a number of Governance roles, ranging from Chairman of two large body corporates in New Zealand with a commercial focus to Director and Chair of Finance Audit and Risk of Can Assist in the NFP sector. The RGA nominated Graeme as Director to the Board of Rice Breeding Australia to apply his knowledge and skills to getting RBA set up for success.
