Kylie Elliott joined the newly formed Rice Breeding Australia Team in 2022. Prior to this she has worked with NSW Department of Primary Industries since 1987. Kylie has always had an interest in plant improvement due to long personal association with rice breeding and the rice industry with a particular interest in genetic technologies. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biotechnology) degree from Charles Sturt University. She will bring experience and expertise that will contribute to the advancement of Australia’s Rice Industry.
