Roseanne Healy

Roseanne has over 20 years’ experience in strategic advisory and investment banking. She worked early in her career at JBWere; the Australian investment house in its retail/IPO division during its early joint ventures with Goldman Sachs specialising in business expansion through mergers, acquisitions and integrations.

Since then, she has held CEO, executive and advisory positions in public, private and equity backed organisations as well as regulatory positions as tribunal member and presiding member.

Today she is Managing Director of Australian corporate advisory and boutique private equity firm Enterprise Corporation and an accomplished Director and Board Chair for several companies.

Roseanne is currently a non-executive director on the Murray Darling Basin Authority, Grains Research and Development Corporation, Dairy Australia Pty Ltd, Swarmer Pty Ltd and Chair of Cashflow Manager.

Roseanne holds a Bachelor of Economics/Arts; and a Master of Business Research (Commerce) and MBA from the University of Adelaide. She later returned to study a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide.

Roseanne is also a graduate of the AICD (International).
